EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Tasting Booths
The primary interaction between Manitoba food producers and conference delegates and the local public will take place at twenty tasting booths located in the mezzanine at MTS Centre.
Producers will supply product to Chef Roger Wilton of Centreplate, to be prepared according to their own recipe, or a gourmet preparation by Chef Wilton and staff. Tasting samples will then be brought to the booths by servers. This service is included in the registration fee.
Also, producers will be able to sell their products from their booths and retain all proceeds, for no additional fee.
Exhibitors Will Receive
- Attendance by paying public--$24.95 per person, estimated 550-600 people.
- Marketing and PR efforts by MTS Centre as host venue, including Portage Ave. large screen.
- Marketing and PR efforts by Ciao!/Fanfare Magazine Group.
- Gourmet preparation of their product by Chef Roger Wilton and team at MTS Centre.
- Servers from MTS Centre to bring prepared tasting products to booths. Draped and skirted tasting booth.
- 14 booths are 10' x 10';3 booths are 8' x 10';5 booths are 6' x 10'.
Exhibitors To Supply
- 400--1oz servings of their product (along with suggested recipes if desired).
- Chafing dish to keep product warm, if needed.
- Refrigeration at booth for products to sell, if needed.
- Decoration and signage for booth.
- Company representative(s) to staff booth.
